Biographical Profile

Jim Mann’s real estate career began while attending college, investing in apartment buildings along with a fellow college student.  Upon graduating from the University of Southern California Business School with a degree in accounting he embarked on a professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co (Presently know as Price Waterhouse Coopers) an international accountancy & professional service firm advancing  to Senior Accountant in his three and one half-year association with the firm. While employed at Price Waterhouse & Co. Jim Mann continued to invest in income properties and obtained his real estate brokers license.

Jim Mann left Price Waterhouse & Co. to pursue his real estate career as a RE Broker and Vice President for a mid size realty company in West Los Angeles. His brokerage activities ranged from apartments, office and retail buildings, industrial properties, and land. His responsibilities also included property management.

Jim Mann has been involved with hundreds of purchases, sale and exchange transactions exceeding a hundred million dollars in cumulative value in Los Angeles and Orange County.  His comprehensive experience, combined with his extensive financial analysis, and property evaluation skills, allow him to achieve maximum value for his clients whether they are divesting, exchanging or acquiring new property in today’s real estate market.  He has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Properties in Irvine, Ca. since 2009.
